  We loved the unit. Great location and nice size. We only have 2 main complaints: 1) the beds are back breaking and 2) the electrical outlets are worn out. I had to hold the plug on my hair dryer and curling iron becasue they would not stay plugged in.

  The beds need replacing, the headboards are coming apart..needs new ceiling fans and updated furniture...There was only older people staying and the couple from Missiour was soooo rude... i will never stay here again but I will go through Bender for rental

  Enjoyed visiting in Jan,never had. The condo itself is outdated and was not cleaned very well before our arrival. Other than that i would recommend to someone. Great price for a 3 bdrm condo!!

  We had a great time at Buena Vist in Gulf Shores. This was our first time to stay at Buena Vista and we liked the location and the condo. We especially enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the beach and listening to the waves.I have used Bender Realty several times over the past few years and the staff ther are always so friendly and courteous. I would recommend this property and I would especially recommend Bender Realty for your vacation rentals. Thanks for a wonderful month at the beach.

  This was the best condo I have ever stayed in. We took our 3 grandkids ages 3,3, &4 and had more than enough room. The kitchen had everything you need, even a crock pot.There was not one sign of any type of bug. I don't think the cleaning people put a lot of effort into there job. We did find some toys under the beds and in the couch. There was a remote missing from one of the bedrooms and it was in another room under the bed. This was an excellent place to stay and I will recommend this place to everyone I know.The only bad part of our trip was on the last day there was a lot of oil and tar balls in the water. At least it was our last day so that made leaving easier :)

  There were several things wrong that can be fixed easily enough. The stoppers in the bathrooms would not work. The shower rod in the master bath fell down, it had been held up by a piece of soap. The pluggs in the bathrooms were not working or would not hold the plug. We had a great time and i am sure they will be looking into the broken items.

  We stayed 7 days and moved to a 2 bedroom in the same complex....call because we had left my 9 yr. old's toys in the bedside table...we contacted the rental place and the next renter...the cleaning crew had taken the items and we couldn't get them back. We were still at the complex, so I was dissapointed that Bender couldn't contact the cleaning crew.

  bender was great but i wouldnt recommend this location to a friend b/c of some very unpleasant condo owners who were staying there. we had children with us and everything our kids did they complained, even went as far to say they were going to get us kicked out(by the way the kids accidently splashed her in the pool)i met several other people on the beach who had stayed there before and had the same problem with the same lady. I will definately use bender again to find a place to stay but it won't be in BV301!

  The room needs a good cleaning. The walls had spots where it looked like soft drinks had spewed on them. The ceramic fixtures in the bathrooms were coated in dust & hair, the baseboards were too. The bedskirts were falling off the sides of the beds and the master bedroom comforter had dirty spots on it. The sink in the master bath would not drain, but we called the office and someone came out that day to fix it.

    Buena Vista 301 is a spacious three bedroom beachfront condo in a popular Gulf Shores location. After a busy peak rental season the condo needed a deep clean which was promptly completed!

  The biggest concern was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the condo. It lasted all week but was particularly bad the first few days. Sleeping in it kept my sinuses stopped up all week.
