  We loved the condo and the location was great. Our family had a great time. Housekeeping could have been improved. We did see some roaches and someone had swept dirt under the dining room rug.

  Everything looked great! We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. The only problem I had was that tropical storm Lee had very heavy wind and rain. Friday morning it was storming the rain was coming in under the balcony slide doors. The sitting area was all wet coming
  down the hall midway, the rug was soaked, and we end up using our towels. So I reported it that day no one came out other than housekeeping to bring four towels. We had kids with us and they could not enjoy because of the wet floors which meant they had to
  stay in the rooms. Saturday morning I called back to report the water and from that moment till Sunday they were very helpful with the towels. It was about four loads of towels they had to bring to soak up the water. Later that evening the maintenance guy
  brought over a blower which helped some but blowing the water in another direction. If it was not for the rain and the kids not able to come out only to eat we still had a great time and will return. I spoke with the manager and I was happy to know that she
  gave a small refund for the inconvenience. Let me add again we stayed in the Penthouse a lovely place.

  West Wind 901 was a lovely well appointed condo with plenty on room for all 10 of us to move around. The facility itself was well kept, but the pool was a little small. The only disappointing feature of the condo was that the master suite was rather small and did not face the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo to people who looking for easy beach access at a reasonable price.

  2. the clock/alarm in the front bedroom.
  3. the sliding door to the patio on the right gets stuck.
  
  Otherwise, it was beautiful. Great location. Sunrise and sunset on the patio, dolphins were seen in the Gulf everyday.

  We were very happy with most everything. Apon arrival we did find a need to sweep up paper/tissue etc.& TV controls do not work properly. Loved the high bar stool chairs on the porch. Everyone agreeded we will be back! And hopefully for a longer stay!

  i want to say i have rent from bender for years and that i will always use bender. i think its time you at bender need to look in to the cleaning crews. they are not doing a good job for money we pay to have condo clean. clean crew could RUN BUSINESS OFF. but thanks i will give it another chance

  It was an excellent place. We went with a group of ten and stayed four nights. We initially had plans to g out every night but ended up stayign in every night because we enjoyed the condo so much. There was plenty of room and everything was very nice. We are already planning another trip!!!

  I know that the owners have responsibility for keeping conditions of property, but pocket door in Hollywood bath should have been fixed, or noted as not being fixed. Price adjustment offered?
  Parking was not good. Even the spaces were too narrow for suv's.
  Closet floors were not clean so pillow shams and extra pillows were laid on dirty floors.

  The condo was a great size to accommodate the 10 of us. We really enjoyed being able to stay together and not be split up. The floors cleanliness left a lot to be desired. After taking a shower and walking through the condo, the bottoms of our feet would be pretty dirty again. We wore houseshoes or flip flops to keep this from happening. There were a few times when the elevator stopped working. Thankfully, it started working again within a reasonable amount of time. The pool was nice and the location was great. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and made super vacation memories for 2009!

  Our AC died after 3 nights. Bender realty came to us within 30 min of my call to them. They could not get the AC fixed that night. Bender let us stay in another condo at Westwind for the night. The next am, our AC was fixed. Bender went above the call of duty.

  We had 10 of us that stayed at this condo. It's a bit of a stretch, because 10 includes the sofa. But the beds were comfortable, the decor was beautiful (my niece commented "wow, I want to live here!"), the kitchen was nice and well equiped, and we were able to seat everyone to eat together (a big deal for us - we cooked and ate in all 4 nights). Definitely the best condo we've stayed in (we've made 24 trips to Gulf Shores, so that's saying something!)

  The condo (901) was great. The condo was very large and perfect for 3-4 couples or a large family. There were a few issue (no globe on fan in one room and a sliding door broke the day of checkout) that the staff said would be repaired. Other than that it was a good stay. The beach was not very crowded due to the smaller size of the complex and the pool was just the right size. Would stay here again.

  we enjoyed our stay at Westview. The one thing i didn't like about the condo was the master bedroom was at the back of the condo. Also on our last day, most all of our beach chairs were stolen from the parking garage. That was the first time we had any problems with anything missing or being taken.

  Our family truly enjoyed this reasonably priced condo on the beach. The bedrooms offered privacy as 2 have their own baths; the other 2 share a bath. The 9 of us loved eating dinner together at the large dining room, and one of our favorite things was the large balcony overlooking the gulf!
