  It was mosly a pleasant stay. The patio area was not cleaned (really dirty). The patio windows were not clean (really in bad shape). Once we got those two items taken care of, it was a beautifull stay. I should have sent a bill! PS: Thats Kiln, Ms.

  We had a great time, however the kitchen needs some updating on gadgets and flatware. Also our air was out almost the whole week. The temp was not going down so we checked the circuit breaker and it was tripped. We had to keep flipping it. Finally we thought we had it, but after sweating all night realized it had tripped again. Finally the last full day we got it to stop tripping and our place got cool. Good thing it wasn't hotter that it was, cuz I would have not been happy. It was an unfortunate thing to deal with though. I think our vacation would have been even better if we were comfortable in our condo and not hot!!!!
  Also indoor pool deck was gross! It needs spruced up and deck painted or power washed.
  Also I wish the chairs on our balcony were nicer. Being slightly overweight, I don't like sitting on plastic. They were cheesy.

  We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. It was very spacious and worked well for our family of 5. We would recommend this unit and the White Caps complex to others. Bldg is right on the beach and has both in-door and out door pool.

  Overall, the place was very nice. Could have been a little cleaner, (tables in living room, and outside porch floor needs to be washed down). Otherwise, very nice. Would stay there again. Location is great!

  Two suggestions...have a keypad or lockbox to enter condo,not have to go 6 miles to get the key,and then 6 miles to return it.
  Also,the patio furniture needs to be replaced.

  We loved the location of this unit, super easy access to the pool and beach.Huge balcony with beautiful view of pool and ocean.Loved being able to walk across the street to Alvin's Island to purchase souvenirs.The patio furniture was cheap and uncomfortable,the breeze kept blowing the flimsy chairs over. The bedroom mattress was too firm for me . I would rent this unit again .

  This was the first time in Orange Beach during March. The space and location was perfect for what we had hoped. The weather was perfect and the beach was spectacular. We did not want to leave and actually changed our schedule so we could stay an additional night. The price was very resonable and bender was very accommodating. Room 206 is highly recommended; the view was second to none. Literally just a stone throw from the beach.

  The unit was great, roomy enough for 4 of us, yet compact. Hot tub was wonderful. When we need a condo again, I will ask for this one. Good value for the money.
  
  The wrap-around balcony was beautiful, but weather didn't allow us to sit on it to enjoy the great view of pool and gulf.
  
  Refrigerator, stove, sink, baths all clean. The only "dirty spot" we found was by accident as we searched sofa cushions for a misplaced remote. Crumbs were in the love seat. (My sofa @ home probably has some, too.)
  
  My daughter wished for a TV in her bedroom, but she survived. A channel guide for the TV cable would be helpful.
  
  Master bed very comfortable, very firm. Young adult children said the other beds were a little lumpy, but OK.
  
  Location is convenient to grocery stores.
  
  ALL the condo complexes along the road need signs that are more visible. A sign on a curved gateway wall with bushes is hard to see until one is on it.

  The location of White Caps was great. Condo #206 has a beautiful wrap-around balcony and awesome ocean views. The phones did not work and we had to have multiple lights replaced. Thought that would have been checked before arrival. It would have been considerate of Bender to let us know about the beach/oil cleanup when we were booking. Large backhoes, dump trucks and sand sifters were directly behind our condo working from 7-4 everyday, 3 out of our 4 days there. Then you thrown in the maintenance man using some sort of air powered nail gun to lay carpet on the outside walkways.... it was not the peaceful getaway that we were hoping for. We did enjoy our time when all was quiet and we could hear the ocean waves in the evening. I would return to White Caps.

  The location was everything that I hoped it would be - great view and right on the beach. Never having been to the gulf coast was happy I choose Orange Beach. Less busy and commercial. Condo very clean, everything worked well. Great experience for family including young children. Would definitely stay again and hope to.

  We had a wonderful time staying at your Condo. The location was great and the place was very spacious and well kept up. We did notice that the dishwasher was leaking some water, but other than that we had a fabalous time, just wish we could have stayed longer!!

  We stay here last summer and thought this unit was roomy for entire family. Especially like the balcony that overlooked the pool. We could watch our grandson have the time of his life. The beaches were clean as was the condo. Very convienent to all activities. We would definitely rent here again.
