  Unit needs furniture updated. There was no toilet paper. No rags/towels or paper towels for kitchen clean-up. This was reported to property manager and we were told that someone would bring these items. Never showed up. Beach access was difficult due to sand dune. We had a good time but would not choose to stay in this unit again.

  good stay. nice for the price. clean and good location. Beaches were clean. the only improvements would be mattresses were a little too firm for our taste. Pull out mattress very uncomfortable and needs to be upgraded.

  After reading past reviews from a couple of years ago, I was worried about the cleanliness of the condo. Once we arrived I was very happy to see the condo was clean and sanitary! It was a perfect location and my friends and I had a wonderful vacation! Thank you, Bender!!!!

  We really enjoyed our vacation at the beach. The weather wasn't very nice, but overall we really enjoyed our trip. We like staying at Tropical Winds, the people at Bender Realty are super nice people.I would recommend this place to anyone. But the second bedroom needs a t.v. We will be back next year, if the oil doesn't ruin the beach!!!!!

  The condo was well-equipped but not the cleanest place I've ever stayed. The floors were dirty; I wore socks the whole time we were there and had to throw them away when we left. When we arrived the floor was still wet; presumably from a mopping, but the floor was dirty. The kitchen counter had not been wiped. The view of the beach was spectacular and the water was the cleanest we've ever seen it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

  I frequently rent from Bender and love to stay at the Tropical Winds. It is a nice complex in a convenient area with everything I want for my stay - comfortable condo, super pool and pool area, exercise room, shaded area, restroom near pool, clean and safe.

• THE UNIT WAS A LITTLE RUN DOWN AND THE FURNITURE WAS AWFUL. IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THE COUCH WAS SO HARD YOU COULD HARDLY SET ON IT. ALSO THE POOL WAS NOT CLEANED FOR THE FIRST 3 DAYS WE WERE THERE. I CALL BENDER AND THEN SOMEONE CAME OUT .

  Upon arrival, we inspected things in the kitchen to see where everything was. It was to our surpise and disappointment dishes and especially utensils were put up filthy without some of them even being washed. One knife about made me sick. So, we immediately washed two loads of dishes in the dishwasher and left those clean ones out to use for the days we were there. I wasn't about to wash everything in that unit. Then, later, we looked into the bedrooms. The mattresses looked very worn out made up, because there were deep hollowed out places on each side of the beds. We knew immediately they were not going to sleep very well. We were right. It was like sleeping in a hammock. If you tried to get out of the worn out rut, it felt as if you were rolling down a hill. We left a night early because my back was hurting so much. Besides that, when we pulled back the bed spreads, there were pubic hair on the sheets. The sheets appeared to be clean, but the hair must have been from the spreads. So we folded the spreads up and put away for the stay and we took the blankets out of the closets, and they were dirty, so we laundered them and used them for cover. I did not expect to go on vacation to do all this housework the first night there. We had stayed at this place before, but had rented through an individual owner, which is what we will do in the future. Even though the folks at Bender were super nice, it doesn't make it worth the $200 or so we saved by going through them versus an owner who you have good experiences with in the past. This is a great place to stay, just clean the unit up and hold guests accountable who don't keep it to the standard it ought to be found in.
