  The location of the rental was great. A few suggestions we have is a hair dryer in the unit,some trash bags to use rather than buying a box and a place for recycle material. The kitchen in this unit was really done well. We did enjoy our time then and will return. Thanks.

  We love the Sandpiper and have already booked the same unit for our stay next year. This was our 6th year at Sandpiper! We met lots of great "neighbors," enjoyed the perfect weather and beach!

  The accommodations were great and the view of the beach was also great. Everything was clean and kitchen was vey well stocked. The AC could use an upgrade. It didn't seem to be able to keep up with the hot daytime hours. But it wasn't a serious issue.
  We will be back and hope to get the same condo.

  This was our 11th stay at Sandpiper and the facility and Bender Realty are always great.
  Only issue is that the air conditioner in 16C needs updating-----it can not keep up with the heat of the summer; and being on the top floor and at the end of the unit, makes it noticeably hot in the condo by the afternoon.

  We truly enjoyed ourselves and the complete atmosphere of the entire area. Perfect Condo, we want to come back again in a couple of years and we all want to be in this same condo. I do have a few things that should probably be briught to someones attention. The rubber seal on the refrigerator was coming off and there was a leak under the sink in the hall bathroom, there was a bucket under there to catch the water, I added a wash cloth to soak up the puddle of water I found. I am a housekeeping supervisor in our local hospital and I was not impressed with cleanliness of the condo. It may be just my profession that I have a tendency to notice things along that line, but I think someone needs to do a follow-up after the housekeeper has cleaned the condo. It could use a spring cleaning. My family kept yelling at me when they found me cleaning, it is just in my blood when I see dirt it won't stay there for long.
  Otherwise once again perfect location and an all around awesome place.

  We've stayed at the Sandpiper many times but haven't been there in 7 or 8 years. The unit was very nice. We put a towel down in the bedroom adjacent to the deck because the blowing rain seemed to be coming in along the floor. We really appreciated the updated stainless kitchen and living area. The bedrooms would look great with fresh carpet and paint.

  the window blinds in small bedroom were covered in dust. I will say that each time we call management they sent someone right over. The mtce man came to check on the refrig since it had so much condensation in it, and they sent someone to reclean the kitchen.

  Perfect place to just relax and enjoy the beach. Dolphins swimming every morning and afternoon in front of the Condo. It was my first time at Gulf Shores and I will go back every year. Same place, same time, and same friends. Can't wait!

  The new kitchen does not have a garbage disposal, this is very incovenient. Likewiss the fancy cabinets that open from the bottom up are too high and hard to open for anyone under 6 feet tall.

  We have stayed in 16C at the Sandpiper for the last two years now. It is the best condo. in the entire association! The pool needed to be a little warmer since the air temp. was so cool. Overall, another fantastic week at the beach. The staff at Bender is fantastic. They helped us book our vacation for next year in a different condo. since 16C will not be available during our spring break next year. Thanks again, Bender!

  We love 16c at the Sandpiper. I think it's a great place to stay in Gulf Shores. The best thing about the unit is the view. Excluding the 2 bathrooms, one can see the ocean from every room in the condo. We also enjoy the private deck for sunrise and sunset viewing. We have only stayed there in the winter months. I expected a lower rate than I had to pay this time. It was more expensive than we payed the same time last year.

  The condo. was awesome! The only negatives were the pool and cleanliness of the windows in the condo. The pool was very cold on several of the days. Hard to believe it was a heated pool. This was one of the reasons we chose the Sandpiper for the heated pool. The only other negative was the cleanliness of the windows. We paid extra for an end unit with a view. There was no view due to the dirt and grime on the windows. Overall, we were exceptionally satisfied and have already booked the same condo. for next year. Bender Realty is a pleasure to work with as well.
