  I always love to stay at Sandpiper. I wish there was less glassware and glass plates(I don't want to break anything)for everyday use at the condo. I wish Bender would have a requirement what every condo should have in each room. Mine was good, the blender did not work, but other condo's were short on kitchen supplies. Wish WiFi was in all rooms. Over all, I love to visit Gulf Shores year and year again. I will be back next year! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

  There is no real small town ambiance.You have to get in your car to do anything like shopping or restaurants.Walking alongside the street is not save!

  An easy trip down I-65 with only one night on the road has us looking forward to a month in Gulf Shores next winter. Sand piper has a great location, an elevator, and a pool. That's hard to beat for the price.

  The stay was great. The only negative was the people staying above us. They had young kid(s) who started running back and forth inside the condo at about 7 to 7:30 AM. Other than that, the stay was very nice.

  Recently my family rented 3 condos at Sandpiper and it was a perfect vacation. I like that the complex is low density making it very easy and friendly. No long waits for the elevator. Sandpiper is like you brought home with you to the beach!!!

  Having come to Sandpiper for the past 20 plus years, it has seldom failed to deliver the peaceful atmosphere that I need for an annual renewal. Thanks for keeping up this nice property -- I hope to be able to come back for the next 20 years.

  Just wanted to comment that the heater in the pool didn't work several of the days we were there. Since we do have smaller children, this was disappointing. Our cable was out 1 day also but this probably couldn't be prevented. We did get to check in late (during the night) since we had car trouble, which the people at Bender Realty were very helpful with. However, when we did arrive at 1:30 a.m., we were very quiet and made sure to be very quite, but had another guest (must've been below us) come up RIGHT AWAY - my husband wasn't even into the condo yet and she was very angry and said something like "this is the 2nd night in a row people were running around up here and it has to stop." We had just arrived so obviously this wasn't us. Like I said before, we were very quiet. We assumed she must've been checking out the next day as we didn't think we saw her the rest of our vacation. Wasn't a very good way to start off our vacation (especially when we were trying to be courteous). Thanks.
