  Bender has got to be the most friendly and personable realty staff I have ever dealt with!! The condo (sandpiper) was perfect for our vacay and was in great condition and clean. I cannot say enough about how pleased we were:) thank you and we will def be returning in the future!!!

  had a wonderful time at the sandpiper. a few inconviences like plumbing and a water pump that started out on the street at 6;30 am. but this did not hamper our stay. we hope to come back.

  We had a great time at this location. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property was located a short drive from everything in gulf shores and orange beach. The staff was helpful and overall we had a great time and would stay there again.

• We had a wonderful and relaxing time at our Sandpiper stay. Condo layout was great, colors were beautiful and warm, furniture pretty and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Would love to go back to same condo and will recommend to others!

  Property needed updating...but clean and served our purpose just fine. Julee was extremely helpful after the condo we leased was sold. We were very appreciative that she worked with us to relocate to the Sandpiper. This little condo just needed to be freshened....but it was fine

  Would be nice to have 2 chairs on the outside deck instead of one. The condo is for 6 people however only 4 could sit @ the kitchen table, no extra chairs. Condo was clean however I think the floors needed a mop job as our socks were pretty dirty at the end of a day.

  My family and I love the Sandpiper and believe Bender is one of the best property management teams. The stay was much better in October than August. I wish you'd find a way to keep it more family oriented all the time.

• Bill and the Bender Family are always courteous and freindly. We had 3 condos, 12, 15 & 16C. As we discussed 16C was full of smoke and you were resaponsive and helpful. It took about 2-3 days for this to go away. We would like to see 16C go away from

  We love coming to gulf shores and we love staying at the Sandpiper. It is small and has a family atmosphere. Some units are great; a friend stayed in a unit that needed much work. We'll be back.
