  Minus the wash clothes we did not have and did not get after calling the office and our closet door came off and would not go back on. We had mold on the ceiling in the master bed room and the second bedroom the mini blinds feel down do to the bracket that holds them on was brocken. Other than those the condo was ok.

  I always enjoy coming down to Gulf Shores. Bender Realty has always been fantastic, and i would recommend them to ANYONE. However, the unit we rented this visit appears to have just been worn out. Scratched walls, and endless broken trim, to sagged out couch cushions, to old stained patio chairs. Not the usual from Bender, but Gulf Shores is more than just the condo, and we enjoyed our stay. We will not stay at the Seacrest 601 again.

  Floors were dirty / sandy. The place was in desperate need of a paint job. Shower in hall drained V E R Y slowly. Shower in master trickled. Otherwise all was ok.

• The unit 601 we had stayed at before.....felt it was not as nice as it was when we previously stayed. no water glasses......door fell off the master closet first hour of our stay.....extra pillow..but no cases for them.

  This was a family trip to the beach. Our 1st time to Gulf Shores & the 1st time to the beach for my 2 4 yr old granddaughers. The bunk beds were a big hit with them. Everyone in my party was very happy with the accomadations. Nicely decorated & pleased with the quanity of kitchen dishes, etc and appliances. I wasn't sure what to expect. The only down side was the balcony chairs. Very plain & uncomfortable. A table for the chairs would have helped and more of a lounge type chair to relax in would have been wonderful. Thank you so much for your assistance in making the reservations and the trip possible.

  Had a wonderful time. This condo was in the perfect location and the views were spectacular. The rental co. was so easy to work with. The only problem with the complex is the elevators. They close too quickly catching people unaware. other than that we would stay here again

  The only criticism I have is that the Security Officer was very harassing. We understood that people may have trespassed in the past but there was no reason to harass paying guests. Beware...

  The floors were dirty and some of the appliances and utensils also. Balcony furniture was a little cheap. TV had some issues, but was able to fix them.

  The condo was in great condition and there was plenty of room for the five of us who stayed. It was in a great location from shops and restaurants. The beach was a few steps away and the pool was very nice. I would recommend this condo to families and groups of friends seeking a nice relaxing vacation.

  The property we stayed in had serveral problems. The ice maker did not work, refrigerator did not properly defrost, dish washer was imporperly installed and therefore hard to use, the paint job in the kitchen was VERY poor -didn't even pull the stove out to paint behind it. There were many spots that were not well cleaned - window sills, behind night stands. We have stayed at Sea Crest many time - this was by far the least appropriately maintained unit. The Sea Crest common areas were however VERY clean and well maintained.

• the staff was friendly, very helpful at the Realty building. I was disappointed in the condo's cleanliness. they did not clean very well so it made me unsure about the bedding, towels etc. I washed everything the first night we were there.

  bought some cleaning supplies. Food was on the trash can, fire crackers, wads of hair on the floor, items of swimming plugs on the TV stand. the mop was so dirty It wasn't worth using itself. the trash truck every morning under our window woke us up daily, very noisy.
  We did like the beach view and being right on the beach for views and close proximatity. the pool was nice to have due to jelly fish.

  Since we were beachfront I expected more comfortable outdoor furniture. Two of the plastic chairs were broken. Overall we thought the condo was nice. The hall bunks were great for additional sleeping area.

  We loved our rental unit at Seacrest on beautiful Gulf Shores beach. It was beautifully decorated and with lots of little extras. Bender Realty was also MOST helpful when we decided we just couldn't go home as originally planned.
