  Our vacation was amazing!!! Being able to watch sunrise and sunset from the balcony left us speechless more than once. The staff at Bender realty is exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We will stay in P103 again and again!!!
  P.S. A flat screen in the living room would be awesome!!

  Was a nice condo. Well decorated and furnished, but the master bathroom did not have a drain stopper in order to take a bath so if more than one person wanted to take a bath you had to wait in order to go get the stopper. The beds were very hard which made it hard to sleep. Very nice staff. Easy check in and out procedure. Good location.

  I was extremely pleased with the location, the beach was very appropriate for a family vacation, lots of other families with children. The condo was clean but not spotless. The bed in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable. The vacuum didn't work so at the end of day one with a 2 year old I was having to sweep the rugs. If I remember an eggcrate for the mattress and a dust buster I'd definitely choose to stay in this unit again. But will definitely recommend Bender Realty, they were helpful and friendly, just what you want when you are on vacation.

  Comforter was filthy and too large to fit in washing machine. Luckily I had my own blankets. Pots and pans were don't plan on doing much cooking. Wi-fi only worked about 25% of the time. I don't expect a place to be overall it is a nice condo. Staff at Bender very friendly.

  We had a great time on vacation, they rooms were nice and had a awesome view. The only issues we had was some of the furniture needed repaired, the love seats leg was broken, and some of the dressers knobs were broke off. Also on of the days was very windy and the elevators were not working because it, which stinks when you are on the 15th floor up. It would be nice if the managment company provided toliet paper, and it might be a good idea to upgrade to TVs to HDTVs.

  This property is one of the best we have stayed at in this area. It is nicely decorated and furnished. The patio has a terrific view and the bonus of having a nice table and chairs on it. The only negative is that the unit was not well cleaned. The bathroom tubs and the kitchen floor had black residue on them. Perhaps the rental company doesn't know that the cleaning crews aren't doing their job well.

  only problem the screen door from the living room going out on the balcony was not on track properly and if got kids they can fall out the screen door thank god i didnt have any. Couldnt find the fitness room I didnt ask either other than these 2 it was a PERFECT STAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Our stay at P103 was wonderful. The condo was everthing we expected and more, very comfortable. The staff at Bender were great, the friendliest I have ever done business with. They were very infomative and accommodating. Unfortunately our airconditioner quit cooling but Bender staff were quick to take care of and fix the problem. They made sure we were very comfortable. Their prices are great so we will be renting through Bender from now on. Thanks Bender for the best vacation.

  Location was great and the view from unit was great. Our unit could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the last guest, but other than that the unit was satifactory.

  the condo was very nice,however, the only thing was that it was not well cleaned. Upon moving our items in the first day, there was sand everywhere on the floor, as well as in our bed. Only complaint!!

  We loved staying here! The location was perfect and the room was more than we could ask for. Loved the big rooms and stylish decor. The only thing that could have been better was the size/location of the pool, but we spent most of our time on the beach anyway. Overall, very nice!

  The condo was very nice. The water pressure messed up for the whole building a couple of times and it was aggravating when taking showers. The cleaning crew had not really swept/mopped good before we got there because we immediately found sand on the floor in the condo, but what is a vacation on the beach without sand? The dresser in the king bedroom has about had it. Several of the drawers need to be fixed or the whole thing replaced. Overall, we enjoyed the condo, the fireworks, and the beach.
