  Our condo was clean and in good shape. A door to the washeer/dryer did come loose while we were there. Would have like a little better selection of utensils (grilling) but made due with what was available. Beds were okay. Furnishings overall were great. 2nd stay at the Caribbean and had a great time again.

  Never visited Gulf Shores before. It was exactly what we were looking for. Had a nice trip with are kids. The beach was great and the facility had a lot to offer the kids. We used grill, outdoor pool, indoor pool and workout room. The amenities were great. Would recommend to families or couples.

  I have been booking with Bender for the past 7 years and never have I been disappointed. That's not to say there haven't been a few bumps in the road a very few times, but this group has always set about to correct any complaints in a timely and professional manner. They go our of their way to see I get the type condo I want, location and all.

  The condo was beautiful and clean, could use a carpet cleaning in the bedrooms. Truly a beautiful beach unfortunately Tropical Storm Lee caused us to leave 2 days early (9/3 instead of 9/6) will make plans for next year.

  Great week!!!! Clean, nice Condo, close to the beach. The only downfall was the parking lot. It is NOT big enough to accommodate the whole complex. The extra parking was across the street.

  The view from the balcony was a great! It's a corner unit so you have great views and nice breezes. It was a great spot to eat our meals with the view and sounds of the waves. The balcony table and chairs are very comfortable. The condo is extremely nice - up to date in every way. The kitchen is well furnished - didn't need to bring any extras. The beach is so close. The indoor pool and sauna was warm and a great spot to go after spending day at the beach to relax. This was our first time to stay in Gulf Shores - have stayed in Destin previously. We were very pleased with our stay. The beds are comfortable if you like firm mattresses. It was great to have a full size washer and dryer to wash our beach towels and swim wear. Convenient to shopping, Winn Dixie, Walmart on 180 just east of 59, lots of beach attire shops, etc. We ate at a place called "Cotton's" on Hwy 182 east in Orange Beach - food was exceptional. We also attended Gulf Shores United Methodist Church on Sunday and found everyone there to be very friendly and made us feel welcome as visitors. We brought our bicycles and rode on the nicely paved trails in Gulf State Park. It's a great park and just down the road (Hwy 182 east) a mile or two!

  Excellent Acommadations, easy access to beach and wonderful
  location... Will highly recommend!! Just one thing... Noticed that the Outdoor pool had quite a few bugs...maybe a filter issue...but overall loved it.. Will come back to Carribean again!

  Our family vacations in gulf shores every year for labor day...we have stayed at the Caribbean several times and have always loved it. The room was by far the nicest room we have stayed in...its nice to relax on real furniture other than something wicker. The view was awesome drum our bacony and as always the staff was superb! See ya next year!!!!

  The condo was wonderful except for a few things. The beds were not the most comfortable and the bathrooms weren't cleaned the greatest before we got there. Everything else was amazing! I can't wait to go back next year!

  Well for anybody that will be checking in late, for this particular room and you want to have access to the pool, don't waste your time calling the after hours operator. She will tell you that you can't have access until you have officially checked in during the office hours. Come to find out when we went to wash clothes in our unit we saw a key for the pool hanging in the utility. So, we could have in fact used the pool the first night we arrived. Secondly, make sure if you decide to go during off season, you may want to ask if they will be doing maintenance during your stay. We were awakened every morning with loud noise. Hammering, drilling, things being dragged across floor, etc. Nothing you would enjoy waking you up at 8:00 in morning on vacation! So make sure this is scheduled during your vacation.
