  I love the beach and can not wait to go each year to GUlf Shores. Bender realty has helped on many of my vacations since my son of 18 was a baby. They will help to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As for this unit, my only wish would have been for better seating on deck since that is where I love to have my morning meeting with our Creator and my coffee.

  We rented 2 condos and the location was great! We had a blast despite Tropical Storm Lee. However, the condos could use some upgrades in furniture, paint, and appliances. There was sand on all furniture and bedding (I know it is the beach but there is
  a cleaning fee which I assume is used for CLEANING). I plan vacations for 10-12 people at least twice per year and usually have no issues checking in for everyone. This process was not as smooth as usual, but the company's staff was very courteous throughout.
  Would recommend the property and realty company as long as you are aware of these few issues.

  There was a broken latch on one sliding glass door,throw rugs were slick on the backs in the bedrooms and dirty in bathrooms.Kitchen table had glass top and there was food and crumbs between glass and the wood.Pools were nice but cold in Oct.and a nice fishing place across the street.Wonderful view enjoyed it everyday.

  Love the location, pool and floor-plan. The condo was not very clean - tubs,sinks and floors were filthy. Will stay here again, I just hope the cleaning crew improves or is replaced.

  we had a very nice time there. my grandson who is 17 leaves in two monthes for the marines and this was his going away vacation with his friends. we had a blast. the condo was wonderful and the view well it speaks for itself. we'll be back.

  Kitchen cabinets are starting to show a little wear and tear. We have stayed at this unit last 4 years. Very large and great location. Wonderful wrap around balcony with lots of sliders.

  We were told about the elevator being out of service on arrival. It certainly would have made loading and unloading our "stuff" much easier to have it available. We needed the exercise but hopefully it will be repaired on our next visit.
