  This condo was located perfectly on the beach. What a beautiful view! It was such a relaxing and enjoyable week, I didn't want to go home. I would definitely recommend the Gulf Tower. We only had one problem - the condo was not vacuumed when we arrived, but we were informed upon our departure that we only needed to call and Bender would have sent someone out right away to vacuum for us. Good to know! Thank you for an awesome week!!

  The view from the balcony was fantistic!! From inside the living room, all one can see is water and sky! Occasionally, a flock of pelicans will fly by---sometimes even close enough to touch!! It's an excellent place to view dolphins, and several times we did. Once, we could see 2 stingrays lingering in the water by a surf fisherman.The balconies can be enclosed by sliding the glass doors, so that you can still enjoy the balcony even in cold, windy or rainy weather.
  Gulf Tower is the only building that I am aware of that has a social hour every week, so you can get to know the owners and guests. We found it well maintained and it is clean around the pool area.
  On the down side, I found the hall carpet to be soiled, right around the entrance to the kitchen. The kitchen could have used a potato peeler and a rubber spatula/scraper in its stock items. Also the mattress in the master bedroom was rather soft and lumpy. There were a few segments missingn from the ceiling tile section in the master bathroom. These things were just minor and in no detracted from our stay. Dixie Hammer Oregon, Illinois

  It was good but really hot when we arrived. It was morning before it cooled off which made for a hot night. We only had a few towels which had to be washed every day and we were instructed to wash them before we left! We also had to do the dishes before
  we left which made it hard to leave the condo without doing a lot of work that morning.

  The patio door would not latch unless someone pushed the top part of the door tight. Rocker/recliner was ripped.
  
  Unit was clean. I would suggest more parking and placing a drying rack in each unit.

  Enjoyed the convenient accezz to beach. Pool was very clean. Saw dolphins from the balcony in the mornings. Only negative was that we were without water for a few hrs due to pump issue in the bldg.

  Our vacation stay at Gulf Tower was excellent over the 4th of July holiday weekend. Condo was in great condition and just as advertised. Although small, the closed-in balcony is almost like an additional room. Parking is tight. All in all, just the relaxing time my family needed! Highly recommend!

  We stayed 4 nights at Gulf Tower 12b and we had a great time! The condo was very nice and clean. Bender Realty staff are nice, friendly and very helpful. We have used Bender for the last 6 years and will continue to use them for all our Gulf Shores vacation needs!!

  Over a holiday a security guard should be on duty to control parking. Two nights of our stay we had to find parking elsewhere because our unit's parking lot was full. Not very exciting to walk 1/4 mile to get to your car. The room was great...

• We really did have a good stay, just too short, had to leave due to storms coming in you never plan on having to cut you vacation short, but over all everything really great, only bad thing is only 1 parking space for car can't take 2 cars.

  We love coming to Gulf Tower. I did find that 12 B was not as comfortable as say 7 B. The furniture was basic. Needs more comfortable extra chairs other than the captains chairs. Needs better pot holders for the stove. We cook and the ones there were not acceptable. I was pleased with the choice of pots and pans and silverware.
  The item that most concerned me was the employees smoking around the guests. I also strongly feel that the pool area should be NO SMOKING!!!!!!!!!!! I was so sad to find the number of people drinking and smoking toward the end of our stay. Glad we were there for the first part of the week. I would strongly urge the owners to vote to have the pool area no smoking allowed!
  It is a treat to come to stay at Gulf Tower. In 12B I did like the twin beds in the extra room. That was a plus for us.
  
  Know we love our time at the beach and appreciate all the work that goes into making our stay the best.

  We had not stayed at Gulf Towers in a couple of years and were happy to return. We have stayed alot in past years at gulf Towers and have always enjoyed the pool, view. and condominiums. The only complaint we had is that we made our reservation and made arrangements to arrive late and then when we got to the property there is no longer an office on site. We panicked as to where we would get our car, had to call the office number and fortunately someone was answering the phone and told us the office was located somewhere else. We are glad we were able to get our key from them as it was not previously discussed where to pick up key. I also miss the open view of the ocean as now there is fencing on beach view. Condos and pool are still great! Thanks!!
