  Everything was great. Nice unit, the rec room on the first floor was not used by our party, I tried the tread mill and it did not work, parking was a little tight for a 4 door truck but liked out stay.

  In general the property was very nice. Clean condo and plenty of room for the wife, three kids and myself. The only complaint I would have is the commode that was running over in the condo above 7D. The water leaked through the floor which is the ceiling
  of 7D. I cleaned up water for two evenings. I contacted Bender on the emergency number and a man I thought was a maintenance man called that night around midnite and said he would be there the next morning by 10am. He didn't show. At 1pm I was cleaning up
  water the second time catching what I could in coolers and towels. I called the second time. No one knew about the problem. (???) Finally someone came who informed me I had been living in toilet water!!! Bender did offer a refund...... $84.00 whole dollars!
  Are you kidding me????? $200.00 a night and that's it?? The second offer was $164.00...... At this point I was so mad I just quit trying. Will I be back?? Very very doubtful.

• Everything was very nice, except all the dead fish at the beach. Mattress on pull out needs to be replaced soon.

  We were very surprised at the area. It was very nice, very clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed ourselves. The view of the beach was overwhelming each morning and evening. Yes, we would recommend staying there. Very relaxing. The Bender people were very helpful and polite. This was our first trip to this area, and we will definitely we back. thanks.

• We enjoyed the facilities and the location very much, the only problem we had is the condo we rented had a bug issue which the property manager took care of by putting us in another condo, but it wasn't quite as nice as the one we rented.

  This place is GREAT!!! The people are the best. Whenever we think of getting away and just resting and relaxing for a while we automaticly think Gulf Shores and Gulf Tower. Always the best in security, safety and privacy. We have been staying with these guys for several years now and we've never had a problem nor concern. THANKS GUYS!!!!! See you all next year.

  We never stay anywhere else...and for a very good reason. Gulf Tower is the best most convenient place on the west beach to stay. Why mess with success?

  The departure clean needs a correction. When we arrived we found under the bed in the guest-bedroom the remote-control,a used washcloth an a waterfilled plasticbag.

  My mom had justlost her dad, that she cared for, for 3 years so this was a much needed vacation for her and it was great! we all had a great time, the condo was very nice, the people at bender was very helpful and nice. thanks for a great time.
