  This is our 5th year working with Bender Realty. Obviously we are very satisfied with their customer service. However this year we were a little disappointed that we were not notified in advance that our Edgewater condo would not be available when we arrived in G.S. on January 1. We might have done our plans a little differently. However we were put into Gulf Tower 4C and the condo is very much like Edgewater. Actually, the same owner as the Edgewater condo. We like this condo (Gulf Tower 4C) and have actually booked it for next year but I do have some items that I feel need attention. 1. The floors really need a good scrubbing. You can see the sand ground into the floors. 2. It would be nice if the door into the condo were painted. It is the first impression a person gets when they enter the condo. 3. The patio doors rattle something awful on a windy day. 4.The tv remote in the guest bedroom does not work.
  
  When we first found out we could not get into our condo we were told it would be just for a day or two - then a week or two - tomorrow will be a month. This is not Bender's fault but the situation is disappointing. We have company coming next week and we are still not sure when we will be able to move. We do know we have to be out of here by Feb. 12th as new people are coming in. Many of our Edgewater friends were placed in other condos for their entire stay. We wish we could have done this.

  The carts for moving luggage and groceries were very convenient. This unit has an enclosed balcony that creates extra inside area. This adds a lot of room and an extra table for dining. But if you are looking to sit outside on a balcony, you should know that it's not possible (although the doors do completely open to the outside). The ice maker was not working consistently, but other than that, everything was great.

  We enjoyed our stay at The Gulf Towers 4c. The room is a little dated (wallpaper, dated furniture, etc) but over all very clean and with a great view. Would have been nice to have a food disposal in the sink. Very affordable for what you get. Would recommend to friends and family.

  We did like his condo a little better than the one we had previously. We did feel that this condo does need some minor repairs: water damge (?) in ceiling near vent in dining area, carpet dirty in bedroom and water damge in closet when you first walk in.
  We were disappointed that you do not give better rates for the rest of March. We did find another condo in the area that will give us the condo for the entire month (31 days) for about $400 additional per month.

  Walls and trim need to be painted to make the unit look cleaner. The electric can opener did not work. Pillows had stains and there was a mustard(?)stain on the bedspread. Also, the dryer had a loud rattle like there was something loose inside.
  
  Just attention to a few details would make the unit look better.

  Furniture was dusty. Tub in master had a broken faucet handle. Nothing major. The cleaning fee is sufficient for dusting and a plumber could have fixed the faucet prior to our arrival.

  We loved the location and the views. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The unit was mostly clean, but there were food crumbs on the rug under the coffee table and the vertical blinds wouldn't close. Our 1st night, small children were playing (loudly) in the pool at midnight, despite posted rules. This was our first condo rental and we loved being so close to the beach and restaurants. Great value with last-minute rates.

  The Gulf front view was great and the beach was easily accessable and never too crowded in that location. My family, including four children, had a great time. I would suggest that the owner replace the drapes on the balcony sliding doors. The cords hang down in the middle when the drapes are open. I would recommend unit 4C.

  We prefer the low rise, few people, complexes at Gulf Shores as opposed to the new mega condos towards Orange Beach. Must haves in a condo are; beachside, 2 bedroom, 4 beds, 2 baths, full kitchen w/washer and dryer, and a pool.
  This is not the newest and shiniest unit on the Gulf, but that is not very important to us.
  The one oddball thing about Gulf Towers are the balconies. There really are not any. A sliding glass door opens from the living space exposing a railing. You don't walk out on a balcony. Also the view from the master bedroom sliding glass door is to the living space which opens to the "balcony". The only issue with this is you can't leave your curtains open to the master bedroom for the beach view because your kids can walk right up to the outside of the sliding door.
  We knew this ahead of time from other reviews so no surprises.
  We love Gulf Shores and have been using Bender for 5+ years. Always friendly and very helpful. We will back for many years to come.

  I wasn't crazy about having to pay $18 for an additional car for my daughter and her husband with only about 8 cars in the parking lot. That's my only complaint.

  Enjoyed the stay. The indoor balcony was great since we had a baby, but otherwise we would not have wanted to stay where there was an indoor balcony.

  a discount on the cleaning fee. All they did was change the linens out. No tv in second bedroom. Just a unit that could play a DVD, not hooked up to cable which was right there hanging out of wall, but never been connected. We'd rather pay a little more and have a clean place to stay. We were with a group in 4 condos and ours was the only one dirty.

  we love gulf tower because it is not too big and feels more personal than some of the other condos we have stayed in. we have stayed in the bottom units as well as the penthouse and each time we have been very happy. we love the fact that it is on the beach and that it is not too far from any of the activities we love.
