  Great view! The Condo was nice, great lay out, and a good size. It should have been cleaned better, counter tops and table had not been cleaned. There was dried food and stuff on them. The floor had not been vacuumed, food, and fake moss from the plant
  on the floor. But overall a good choice.....

  Great place for my family to stay. but for the price I thought it would include necessities as Toilet Paper and Dish Washer soap. the beach was clean and the ground were clean. We had plenty of room for 6 people. Our teenagers loved the beach and our youngest gravitated to the pool. The grill area was great for hubby I nick named it the "boys Play pen". We were able to sit on the beach and watch the 4th of July fire works. Saw DOLPHINS every day.

  Outdoor pool was dirty two days- never saw a pool guy. On prior trips, saw them every day. Had issues with assigned parking one day that was corrected. Close to everything with great views!

  The bed in the couch was uncomfortable you could feel springs. Needed more plates and silverware. If you used for breakfast you needed to wash for dinner.

  Doors to wash/dryer broken; fell off, very dangerous. Another tenant parked in unit spot under garage. Not as much beach front available for condo guests. Initially booked another unit in January and was bumped out in February; owners should block off for themselves early instead of bumping guests.

  Everything was great for us during our stay in Caribbean 604. The condo is nice and comfortable for two couples, but our 13 month little girl always wanted more room to roam. If we had to spend more time inside, it would have been really rough. The outside pool area is not real spacious or inviting, but we had great weather so we were down on the beach anyway. All in all, we enjoyed our time but will be trying a different complex next year.

  We were here from Feb.1 to Mar. 19 and felt at home as soon as we unpacked. I could sit for hours on the balcony watching people, the waves and dolphins. The beach was also clean--love the soft sand. We thank the owners for sharing their condo with us.

  We love the Alabama Gulf Coast and spend time there every chance we get. This was our first time using Bender and stayingat the Caribbean. The Caribbean has only a few condos so it is much quiter. It also has covered parking which is always a plus. We stayed in unit 604 which was nicely decorated and very clean. We loved the huge balcony with the awesome view. We would definatly stay here again!!!!

  We have stayed at various condos in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach over the past 24 years and this unit is one of the best. It was well maintained. The furniture was not overly worn and very comfortable, especially the beds. Overall it is one of the best values on the beach. A relaxing view of the beach from the balcony made for a wonderful weekend.

  This was our first vacation to Gulf Shores. We had a fabulous time and would love to come back. We did many activities like the dolphin cruise, alligator alley and many local restaurants. Our 3 children went parasailing together and absolutely loved it. My husband went deep sea fishing and also fished off the peer while me and my 3 daughters hit the beach. It was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. Thank You so much for your help booking the trip!

  We had a great time! The only problems would be that the elevator broke on the day of check out, (but that wasn't your fault) and the people below us were pretty loud on the balcony after 10:00. Otherwise it was perfect and we will definitely be back! No more driving all the way to Destin and dealing with Destin traffic for us!

  Cozy just like home, however, the toliet areas in the rooms were rather small. The step in shower had no shower rails, but was still very nice. The entire place was great, very nicely furnished ans just the right size. Wish I could be there more. Thank you staff for being so freindly!!!!!!!

  Nicely appointed unit. Beds very comfortable, loved the large corner garden tub and separate shower in the master bath. Full sized washer/dryer was handy. Ice maker in fridge works great. Indoor pool heated and wonderful. Kids had a blast, would definately go back and stay in this unit.
