  Condo needs to be ready at 3:00pm the Day of check in.

• Pool did not have enough chairs. Condo needed rugs. No pot holder in any of the 5 condos my family had rented. Large skillet in 401 could not be used. Rusted and loose handle.

  The stay at the condo was great. I was un happy about the $110.00 Departure Clean fee and the $48.57 Reservation Booking Fee. This was not told to me when i called in and i was completely un aware of these additional cost. You should fully dis close the total cost on phone orders. This was the only bad experiance i had with Bender Realty.

  The only problem we had was there was a leak in the indoor pool and couldn't use it which is the primary reason for staying here. Also we picked this condo because the outdoor pool was heated and the heater didn't seem to be working either. Talked with Bender Reality about checking the heater and don't believe anyone actually checked into it for me. A little disappointed in that but now realize I can't believe when people tell me the pool is actually heated. Otherwise nice condo and nice location. Also it wasn't hard to get to the room from your car and to the beach.

  When we arrived, the floors had not been cleaned at all, but the staff of Bender was very helpful and their was someone there to assist us right away. Overall, the stay was great.

  I rented 5 condos for my family. 2 of the families had little ones. 401 and 404 they complained the floors were not very clean when they got there. Otherwise we loved the place and one of my son-in-laws wants to plan a vacation with some of their neighbors that travel together. They went to Myrtle Beach last year but they liked this a lot better.

• Under the beds were not swept and the floor was sandy. I tried to sweep but had no dust pan. Some pans need replacing and pot holders were needed. Next time would prefer a room with double beds in the extra room. Otherwise we love the location.

  I think 10:00am is too early to check out. It used ot be 11:00am and that works much better. Especially when traveling wit children and senior citizens.

  I was disappointed with the over all the cleanliness of the condo. The floor was filthy to the point if you didnt wear shoes your feet were black! The knobs on the cabinets in the kitchen were falling off. The condo had VERY bare essentionals in the kitchen.

  Had an awesome time. Everything was great! Very comfortable. Very clean. Only complaint.. Hot water heater did not get hot enough or stayed hot.
