  Great place! Very Family Friendly. Everything we needed. The water pressure wasn't great in the showers & I had a few glitches with the WiFi I had to pay for. Other than that, everything was fabulous!

  We have been coming to Gulf Shores for 18 years. We are knowledgable in where to go, but it is great every year. Most of all I love being in a unit that is over the water. The view is fantastic, waking up to the sun in the morning and getting to see the dolphins. Being on the shore side is important to us and the amenities in the building are an extra enjoyment, the pools, hot tubs, social hours etc.

  My family and I really enjoyed our vacation and condo rental. Our check in and check out were fast and easy with Bender Realty. The condo was decorated nicely. We felt safe while staying at Crystal Shores. There was a security guard that was highly visible. There were two things that I do wish would have been different. The guest bathroom did have a really slow drain in the bathtub, and the pool was extremely small. However, I would definitely book a condo through Bender Realty again because of their hospitality and satisfaction with our overall stay.

• We absolutely loved the unit. The balcony was wonderful for eating breakfast, watching the dolphins, and just feeling the beach breeze. We had a wonderful time and would love to rent the unit again next year.

  Noticed silver fish on our last day. The living room furniture was very worn. The box springs on the king size bed were very noisy getting in and out of bed. The owners stayed in the room before we arrived and they didn't clean very well before they left so we called and housekeeping cleaned better. The view was beautiful yet too high for my husband. The staff was great, Betty was especially helpful and the housekeeper was really nice, she even went to Walmart to pick-up vacuum bags since the one in the vacuum was bursting at the seams and there were no extra bags in the unit.

  We enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores as usual. The condo was clean and comfortable. We were concerned that we only had towels to last for 2 days. We came equipped to do laundry, just not that often. We also had to hang a blanket on the window in the second bedroom because the shade is not adequate.

  My family of 6 stayed in the Crystal Shores Unit 1402 for an extended Labor Day weekend family vacation. This was our first time visiting Gulf Shores and staying in a condo. The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Three of our kids slept on the sofas so the 2nd bedroom could easily fit another couple. The master bed is very COMFY; I miss the pillows! There were extra pillows (no pillowcases, though) and blankets in the master closet, but we didn't need to use them. The view was impressive from the balcony - we saw dolphins sometimes in the morning. The Bender Realty staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating when I needed advice or had to make minor changes to our reservation. We will definitely be back!

  This was our first time at Gulf Shores, as well as our first time to rent a condo. My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo was great and our stay could not have been better. It was in the perfect location. The view was spectacular! We definately plan on returning very soon. We had no complaints at all. The parking was great. Everthing was clean and the master bed was very comfortable.

  The only negative my family can identify is the size of the pool. We wish it had been larger. It could get quite crowded at certain times of the day. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay and expect to be back!

  We have been staying in the Crystal Shores condo for 5 years now. The first few years were great. The past two years, the 2nd bedroom has been left with dirty bedding. Last year it was sand. This year was dog hair, even though dogs aren't allowed. The majority of the staff was very friendly, but there was one exception. Jimmy (title unknown) was not very helpful and unwilling to come out to help clean up the problem. It put a damper on our first night there and I hope there is not a repeat next year.

    We appreciate your loyalty for so many years! We always strive to make sure our housekeeping is good and if it is not then we will make it right. We have a no pets allowed policy and we did not know that there had been a dog in the condo. We should have caught the fact that there were traces of dog hair, but we did not and for that we are truly sorry. We will do our best to make your next stay with us more satisfactory. Thanks for staying with us.

  We were originally booked in an end unit. It was so loud! Property management came and listened and swore it was the wind. We swore it was a stereo. They moved us to 1402 and it was so much nicer than the other unit. The pictures don't do it justice. The only thing I wish that was different, is I wish the 2nd bedroom had twin's decorated beautifully and the master bed is sooooo cozy.I would not recommend staying on an end unit, just in case it is the wind, you won't be able to sleep! But 1402 is beautiful and clean.

  My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores, AL at Crystal Shores. The condo unit was clean, unassuming and suited our needs to a T Not a lot of frills, but we weren't expecting them. The view from 14 stories up was spectacular. If there was anything dissapointing about Crystal Shores it would be the swimming pool area, which was somewhat sterile and quite small considering the overall size of the building. No reflection on the condo unit itself, though. Bender Realty was efficient and simple with the process, which made our stay that much more enjoyable.
