  Condo says accommodates 6 & we had 6. Therefore it would've been nice to have had seating for 6 on the balcony. The balcony itself is a very nice size. Ice maker is extremely slow. Toaster only toasts on one side at a time and dryer gets extremely hot & does not shut off on it's own. Clothes come out piping hot. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Condo was not very clean. You could see the filth on the floors when we arrived. 3rd couple said sofa sleeper was the worst ever. Even the cover was shredding apart on them. If this unit would fix or update appliances, replace the sofa sleeper and was cleaned, it would be a great improvement. The view is what makes this condo.

  Situated on the 11th floor, the view is simply gorgeous and crowd noise from the pools below is nonexistent. With 4 elevators taking guests where they need to go, the wait was never more than a minute. Also the front door to the condo unit is only steps
  from the elevator doors. This is very convenient when hauling and lugging a load of beach gear or groceries. And surprise...not a peep can be heard in the condo from elevator traffic. Thick walls! Also didn't hear much noise in the condo from guests above,
  below or to the sides. Inside, the furnishings and decor are comfortable and pleasant. The kitchen is adequately stocked for eating in the condo. The only thing we were at a loss for was an oven mitt, but bought one later and left it there. The appliances
  all work efficiently as we put the washer and dryer to good use every evening and ran the dishwasher a few times. Everything was all clean and dried. Having slept only in the king size bed, I can say it was comfortable, best rest I've had all year. All the
  rooms have ceiling fans, ac works great and sliding glass doors work effortlessly (my small kids were opening them). This condo is perfectly roomy for a family of four. The grounds of the Beach Club are sprawling and well cared for. The pools were always clean
  and there are plenty of chairs available (in August). The beach is gorgeous and while the walks on the boardwalks are a long trip to the beach, the walk is pleasant as you look over the sand dunes and beach grass and sea oats. Showers are plentiful in the
  pool and at the boardwalk entrances with lots of comfortable shower mats that prevent slipping or standing water. We ate a few lunches around the pool from the tiki hut, good, but don't forget a trip to Tacky Jacks during sunset--Gorgeous. Great seafood food
  too. The folks at Bender are always so cheerful, friendly and helpful. We'll be back for sure.

  The sliding doors were VERY HARD to open, they need some form of lubricant!!!! Screen doors were not operable. Bed covers are very dirty looking, sure need replacing.

  This was our first trip to Gulf Shores. This unit was very nice, clean and well equipped with a large balcony with great views of beach. Beaches were in great shape; little to No oil issues issue at all. We look forward to our next trip. My only recommendations; the guest room needs black out curtains due to lighting in corridors. Also bring your own beach chairs and umbrella unless you want to pay $25 a day for rentals.
